The Grand Launching of New Volvo Indonesia Contact Center

Entrusting the Infomedia’s experience in handling CX Solutions, Volvo CE (Construction Equipment) & SDLG Indonesia bear the Grand Launching of New Indonesia Call Center at the Infomedia Citywalk Site, Friday, July 12, 2019.

Volvo CE Managing Director – Eduard Savelli was present at the inauguration accompanied by the board of directors of PT Volvo Indonesia to launch the operation of call center access numbers 0800-190-9000, with a total of 2 seats and 5 agents. Moreover, this service also serves inbound & outbound call customers, inbound e-mail, and Whatsapp chat. The service operating hours run on Monday-Friday at 07.00-23.00 and on weekends Saturday-Sunday at 07.00-15.00. As this partnership began, Volvo CE believes that Infomedia will elevate the Volvo CE customer service level, especially through the contact center channel.
